I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by the constant juggle of work, family, and everything in between. As a busy mom of three, I’ve been right where you are - trying to do it all, while putting myself last on the list.
For years, I thought I had to be “perfect” to be healthy. But the truth is, life isn’t perfect - it’s messy, chaotic, and unpredictable. And that’s exactly why rigid diets and quick fixes never work.
What changed everything for me was working with a nutrition coach and learning the science of behavior change. I finally discovered how to build habits that fit into my real life - not someone else’s version of perfect.
Now, with over 7 years of experience, I help women just like you ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, create simple habits that stick, and finally feel confident in their health.
I’m not here to judge you or hand you a strict set of rules. I’m here to listen, encourage, and give you the tools that actually work- because I know how much lighter life feels when you stop “starting over” and start living with intention, confidence, and energy.

Foundations
Individualized 1:1 coaching where we deep dive into your history of nutrition habits, barriers, and goal setting, as well as what your current goals are. We’ll use that knowledge to break your goals down into realistic daily habits that YOU choose to fit YOUR life. You will have daily self-accountability check-ins to keep you grounded and weekly coaching check-ins with me to celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and adjust your plan as you grow. You’ll also have messaging access to me when you need extra support or guidance.
Investment: $150/month, 3-month minimum commitment
Momentum
You feel like you already have a good handle on the foundations - your nutrition and your goals - but feel like you could use some extra accountability and a personalized plan to take you that extra step. Individualized 1:1 coaching with daily self-accountability check-ins tailored to your goals and bi-weekly coaching check-ins with me to celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and adjust your plan as you grow. You’ll also have messaging access to me when you need extra support or guidance.
Investment: $100/month, 3-month minimum commitment
Goal Planning
Do you have goals for yourself but are struggling to break them down into actionable steps? During this one hour session, we’ll take a look at what your goal is, why it matters to you, and how to break it down into realistic daily habits that YOU choose to fit YOUR life.
If you decide to book a Foundations or Momentum package after this session, you will receive the first month free.
Investment: $150
I feel that nutrition and wellness coaching is very important, but I also know that paying rent/mortgage, tuition, utilities, etc is more important. Please inquire about payment plans if you think that would help you be able to move forward with coaching.

No. Nutrition is so much more than food and counting macros. We’ll certainly discuss food and eating habits, but you don’t just need another meal plan handed to you. You need to learn what works and what doesn’t…and why. You deserve to learn how to create habits that stick, no matter what season of life you’re in.

Yes! We focus on choosing small daily actions that are doable for YOU. If the actions end up taking too much time and energy, we’ll re-evaluate and choose a smaller action.

You can, but depending on what happens, I would encourage you to stick with it. Lasting change doesn’t happen when life is going smoothly, it happens in the face of difficulty. If you are willing to keep showing up, I am willing to meet you where you’re at and adjust your goals.

Yes! While GLP-1s can help with your weight loss, it doesn’t address behavior change. This is a great time to practice things like mindful eating and meal planning/prepping so you’re prepared when you stop taking the medication.
